Our buildings can be ordered with the VX MICRO POWER STATIONS that provide the free 240VAC power to the homes. We use 5kW of solar on the rooftop as the fuel source that feeds the VX MICRO POWER STATIONS. Our buildings produce more electricity than they consume! So rather than waste that extra energy, we give our homeowners the option to convert it into dollars.

We achieve this by using the extra electricity to power a computer system that has our crypto mining program on it! Building owners are paid every three hours for the use of their free electricity and internet connection! Our built-in home office provides the building owners with optional online work-from-home job opportunities to earn an hourly wage. No longer relying on the local economy for employment, the VX INTELLIGENT building provides access to online jobs from around the world. Building owners have the potential to earn $15.00–$40.00 per hour doing simple tasks such as data entry or simply answering the phone, no matter where they are located! (optional)

The VX INTELLIGENT CABINS AND 4-SEASON BUILDINGS can be used as a heated and air-conditioned portable garage, workshop, storefront, gym, office, food and beverage, job site office, school room, training centre, storage shed, meeting rooms — the possibilities are endless. The buildings are 12 ft wide, 30 ft long OR 40 ft long, and 10 ft high.
They come complete move-in ready. All you need to do is get your foundation ready. You can put them on a concrete pad or simply get a load of gravel brought in, level it, then lay 12 concrete pier pads down where you want the building — make 2 rows 12 ft apart (a pier pad is just a 4-inch thick by 18” concrete block available at Home Depot for $11.00 each) — and we set it down on the blocks. They are shipped complete, ready to go!

Our VX INTELLIGENT CABINS come completely plumbed and ready for simple connection to city water and sewer, well and septic, or they can be connected to a water holding tank. As an option, you can order the building with a built-in well pump and pressure tank where you can pump the water from a nearby lake or stream or our rainwater catchment system.

If you do not want to connect to a sewer or septic, as an option the homes can be ordered with a composting or incinerating toilet. With this option, the home has the grey water draining into what is called a French drain, which simply means the sink and shower water drains into a small hole in the ground. Or the cheapest option is to have us install a standard water-flushing toilet and go with a 1,000-gallon plastic holding tank. The holding tanks are only $800.00 — all you need to do is bury the tank in the ground, connect the toilet drain to the tank, and have the tank pumped every few years.
